The West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) has officially released the WBSSC SLST 2025 Syllabus and Exam Pattern for Assistant Teacher recruitment across Secondary (IX–X) and Higher Secondary (XI–XII) levels. Candidates preparing for the 2nd State Level Selection Test (SLST) must be well-acquainted with the updated exam scheme and syllabus to excel in the selection process.

This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 35,726 Assistant Teacher vacancies, including:

  • 23,212 Posts for Classes IX–X
  • 12,514 Posts for Classes XI–XII

WBSSC Assistant Teacher Exam Pattern 2025

The WBSSC SLST 2025 selection process is designed to evaluate both academic knowledge and teaching abilities. It includes the following stages:
